Basic Lifestyle Package

Includes breakfast lunch & dinner and a health assessment

This plan will help boost your energy, metabolism, shed steady weight, create a more balanced diet, if you've been thinking about veganism or vegetarianism.  For clients that are pre-diabetic symptoms, have high cholesterol or high blood pressure, women suffering from uterine fibroids, endometriosis These meals will be specially designed for you.

* Monthly Plan - $1,000/mo.

weight loss package.. sign on for a month and work hand in hand to lose weight. 
health assessment, structured meal plan menu based on individual needs, (restrictions) support, shopping lists and recipe worksheets, 7 days a week, breakfast lunch and dinner included, and snack. 
overnight shipping at an additional cost. 
one on one online cooking course with Chef Lex 

 

* Athlete Plan - $1,000 / week

personal in home visits to cook for the day such as small dinner parties up to 6ppl. 

meals will be shipped at no additional cost,

one house call per week in Tri-State Area):

drop off, replenishment,

fresh deliveries every 3 days. 

24 hour concierge service- meal plan designed specifically around the clients dietary needs and professional needs

 

* Athlete Plan - $3,500 / monthly plan

up to $500 in savings

personal in home visits to cook for the day such as small dinner parties up to 6ppl. 

meals will be shipped at no additional cost,

one house call per week Tri-State Area): Out of State - travel must be covered by client.
